Frustration & Anger

Anger is a normal human emotion, however its probably the emotion that society finds the most difficult to deal with. Anger is often a response to feeling like we haven’t had our needs met or have been aggrieved in someway.

As children our family environment with have taught us how to express anger, in some family’s anger may be suppressed, in others it may be the most common emotion expressed.

Suppressing anger can lead to depression and anxiety and overly expressing anger can lead to breakdown of relationships and create conflict situations on a regular basis.
