Many of us love our jobs. We gain a sense of achievement and personal satisfaction from our work. However we can experience stress which can lead us to feel unwell physically and emotionally.
We can in some cases begin dreading going to work, feel depressed about work related issues or in other cases be working so hard that our personal lives suffer. Other people find that they re-experience relationships familiar to them, e.g. being bullied like at school or been controlled like by their mother when they were older.
Given we spend a significant part of our live’s at work it’s no surprise many people can experience distress about working.
